摘 要 随着我国市场经济的日益发展，企业财务风险是所有企业所面临的众多经营风险中极其常见的风险之一。在当今社会上，是否可以有效地预防企业财务风险，对企业本身的运营、稳定和加快发展起着决定性的作用。本篇文章将从国内外的企业中财务风险管理的基础理论知识为出发点，介绍了财务风险管理的概念、研究方法以及现状，与分众传媒现阶段财务风险管理问题相结合，从经济政策环境、市场环境、技术因素下所产生的财务风险管理分析了分众传媒的问题；并且提出了如何加强分众传媒财务风险管理的控制以及相关的防范措施，其中包括了加强分众传媒集团自身的财务风险管理意识；完善内部财务制度；成立一个即专业又有经验的风险管控机构，这使得企业对于财务风险的识别能力和应对能力；并能有效促进企业科学化与理性化的进行财务决策等。 关键词：风险管理 财务管理 分众传媒  Abstract With the development of Chinas market economy, in todays society, for enterprises, corporate financial risk is one of the most common risks of many business risks faced by all enterprises, which can effectively prevent corporate financial risks, the operation of the enterprise itself, Stabilization and accelerated development play a decisive role.
