PAGE 13 摘 要 超市作为居民获取生鲜品的主要渠道之一，生鲜品在连锁超市的经营比重不断提高。然而生鲜品自身具有易腐性，不耐储存和运输，对生鲜物流配送要求非常高，生鲜物流配送的好坏是连锁超市生鲜经营的重要保证。好邻居超市要做好这块市场，离不开的是物流配送环节。因此本文以好邻居连锁超市为研究对象，通过文献调查法、实地调研法等研究方法，发现好邻居超市生鲜物流配送中存在生鲜冷链水平低、配送模式不合理、配送管理水平低以及生鲜物流配送信息化程度低的问题，冷链投资费用昂贵、配送中心规模小、统一配送效率低、缺乏成熟的生鲜配送管理规范以及信息系统不统一等是导致现存问题的重要原因，文章最后，给出完善生鲜冷链基础设施建设、改善生鲜配送模式、完善生鲜物流配送管理制度以及加强生鲜物流信息化建设等应对策略。 关键词：生鲜物流配送 冷链 配送模式 好邻居超市 Abstract As one of the main channels for residents to obtain fresh food, the proportion of fresh food in chain supermarkets has been increasing. However, fresh products themselves are perishable, not resistant to storage and transportation, fresh logistics distribution requirements are very high, fresh logistics distribution is an important guarantee of fresh supermarket chain operation.Hao Lin Ju supermarket to do a good job in this market, is inseparable from the logistics distribution link.Therefore, this paper takes Hao Lin Ju super supermarket chain as the research object, and through literature survey, field research and other research methods, finds that there are problems in fresh logistics distribution in Hao Lin Ju supermarket, such as low fresh cold chain level, unreasonable distribution mode, low distribution management level and low informatization degree of fresh logistics distribution.The high cost of cold chain investment, the small scale of distribution center, the low efficiency of unified distribution, the lack of mature fresh distribution management model and the information system is not unified, are the important reasons for the existing problems.At last, the paper gives some countermeasures, such as perfecting the infrastructure construction of fresh cold chain, improving the fresh distribution mode, perfecting the fresh logistics distribution management system, and strengthening the informatization construction of fresh logistics.
