基于柏拉图及产品相关性分析的仓储优化设计——以东莞巨源钢材为例.docVIP

摘 要 对于钢材企业而言，合理、科学、规范的仓储管理方式关系到企业生产、加工、装卸搬运、存储等多个环节能否有序进行。仓储作为物流的一部分，是企业的第三利润源泉，关系到企业的市场竞争力，此外，企业中大部分物资都存储于此，加强钢材仓储管理至关重要。基于此，本文以巨源钢材仓储管理作为研究对象，通过柏拉图分析和产品相关性分析，挖掘巨源钢材仓储订单中各型号钢材相关性及仓储损耗因素，通过统计分析相关订单购买钢材种类、仓储布局、企业损耗因素等，指出企业仓库钢材存储库位分配相关性低、仓储成本高以及仓储信息化管理落后几方面存在的问题，并结合实际，提出了合理优化设计仓储布局、降低损耗、提高信息化以优化仓储管理等措施，帮助东莞巨源钢材实现科学化、规范化管理，优化仓储布局，提高企业运作效率，降低企业生产成本，获得更多的经济利益。 关键词：钢材 仓储优化 损耗控制 ABSTRACT For steel enterprises, a reasonable, scientific and standard way of storage management is related to the orderly production, processing, handling, storage and other links.
