佛山市陶瓷行业物流发展问题及对策分析—以简一陶瓷公司为例.docxVIP

摘 要 近年来，随着互联网技术逐渐渗入到社会生活的方方面面，各行各业也逐渐重视起物流。目前，物流已成为企业之间竞争力强弱的表现，企业要想进步必会先从优化物流下手。佛山作为五大瓷都之一，在中国的陶瓷行业中有着重要的地位。陶瓷作为佛山的传统产业之一，近几年发展迅猛，不仅技术得到革新，生产线扩展，佛山陶瓷品牌在国外也得到好评。随着智能化已成为当今产业发展的趋势，佛山不少陶瓷企业实现了生产线的智能化，产能和品牌口碑更进一步提升。但佛山陶瓷行业的物流却无法跟上其发展的步伐，先已严重拖累陶瓷企业的发展。2019年是佛山陶瓷行业的“寒冬”，如陶瓷企业不能进行创新脱颖而出或从成本下手，大幅度降低成本，必会被淘汰。本文以简一陶瓷公司为例，先阐述简一陶瓷公司的现状，然后分析简一目前在运输、配送、仓储、装卸和物流信息五个方面存在的问题，结合目前陶瓷行业的发展趋势，再对这五个方面提出相应的措施建议，相信对佛山的陶瓷企业的物流发展方向起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：陶瓷物流 运输管理系统 仓库管理系统 Abstract In recent years,with the gradual infiltration of Internet technology into every social life,every kinds of fields also attach the importance of logistics.logistics has become the performance of the competitiveness between enterprises,if enterprises want to improve,they must optimize the logistics.Foshan is one of famous china town.It is very important to china.China is one of the traditional industry of Foshan.Foshan china rapid development, technology innovation, the expansion of the production line, foshan china brand in foreign countries have been well received.As intelligentization has become the trend of industrial development, many enterprises in foshan have realized the intelligentization of production lines, and their production and brand reputation have been further improved.However, the logistics of foshan ceramic industry cannot keep up with the pace of its development.2019 is the cold winter of foshan china. If enterprises cannot be creative,or reduce the cost by a large margin, they will be eliminated.In this paper,we will as Jianyi a example.First,we’ll ask current situation about Jianyi.Secondly,we find the problem in transport,distribution,warehousing,loading and unloading and information.Finally,we will offer proposals.I believe that the ceramic enterprises in foshan logistics development direction plays a certain role in reference.
