摘 要 进入21世纪以来，互联网信息技术日新月异，人们逐渐脱离了原来传统的信息传递方式，开始进入互联网时代。与此同时，作为娱乐、传媒板块的互联网视频也在飞速发展。但在短短的几年时间里，乐视网就经历了由盛转衰。乐视网资金链的断裂，导致了乐视网出现了经营亏损，因此乐视网在融资上存在的风险，值得我们深思。那么，如何去管理融资风险就变得尤为重要，因此我们有必要加强对乐视网融资风险的研究。 本文主要采用了比较分析和数据分析等方法，对乐视网的融资风险进行深入研究。本文首先简单地介绍了乐视网及乐视网的业务概况，通过对乐视网经营中的融资情况进行详细概况；进而针对乐视网存在的融资风险进行识别，指出导致乐视网产生的融资渠道风险、融资规模风险和相关方债务回收风险；并通过风险针对性评估对其产生的风险进行逐一评估，通过财务业绩指标评估对其产生的风险进行整体评估；最后，针对这些风险提出了加强综合发展战略管理、建立成熟的业务投资组合、提高资金使用效率和建立信用管控体制等相应的一系列措施，以期可以改善乐视网现在经营亏损的现状。 关键词：乐视网；互联网时代；融资风险；资金链 Abstract Since entering the 21st century, the Internet Information technology has been changing rapidly, people have gradually moved away from the original traditional way of information transmission, began to enter the internet era. At the same time, as the entertainment, media sector of the Internet video is also developing rapidly. But in just a few years, the music network has experienced a turn from prosperity to decline. The fracture of the capital chain of LeTV Network has led to the operation loss of LeTV network, so the risk of LETV in financing is worthy of our deep consideration. So, how to control the financing risk becomes particularly important, so it is necessary for us to strengthen the research on the financing risk of LETV network. This article mainly uses the comparative analysis and the data analysis and so on method, carries on the thorough research to the music View network financing risk. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the business situation of LETV Network and LeTV Network, makes a detailed overview of the financing situation in the operation of LeTV network, and then identifies the financing risks existing in the music network, and points out the financing channel risk, financing scale risk and the risk of related party debt recovery caused by the music vision Network.
