企业股权融资风险防范研究 ——以河北承德露露股份有限公司为例 摘 要 在当今的时代，由于新中国建立以后实行的改革开放政策，导致了经济向世界经济一体化深入的发展。科技发展的非常快，各种需求层出不穷，各行各业也在飞速的发展中，在这种大背景的条件下，企业便面临着竞争，有来自国外跨国企业的竞争，也有来自同国企业之间的竞争。在这其中，企业融资的问题也日益凸显出来了，原因就在于企业若想在竞争市场中立足或者想成为公司经营产品在市场上的第一位，那就需要企业扩大现有的规模，所需的资金额不断地增加，这就需要企业进行融资。企业一旦进行融资，就会面临各种各样的风险。有了风险，就需要进行风险防范。 从理论依据和实践方面对企业股权融资风险防范做的总结，首先是从文献和发表的书籍上总结国内外的研究现状，总结出风险防范的一些措施和方法,再在这些已有的经验中找到不足和短板，其次，再结合自己的一些实习的经历给出合理化有针对性的建议。本文找出了一些造成股权融资风险的原因，主要有主观因素和客观因素两大类，并提出了一些针对于这两类因素的防范的措施和建议。将前人发表的和自己总结得出的措施和建议进行分析、综合和总结，得出一套相对来说比较完整的防范股权融资风险的体系。 关键词：融资 融资分类 融资风险 Research on the Risk Prevention of Enterprise Equity Financing ——Taking Hebei Chengde Lulu company limited by shares as an example Abstract In todays era, the reform and opening up policy implemented after the founding of new China has led to the in-depth development of economic integration into the world economy.
