造纸废水处理(SBR)毕业设计--某造纸厂废水处理工艺设计.pdf

摘 要 本设计的内容为某造纸厂废水处理工艺设计。 造纸厂废水的特点是： 所产生 的废水悬浮物浓度较高， 且有机物浓度也较高。 设计中的主要构筑物有格栅、 沉 砂池、 SBR 池、絮凝反应器、以及污泥浓缩池。 SBR 工艺是本次设计的核心。 SBR 工艺是活性污泥法的变形，由于其具有 自动化程度高，抗冲击能力强、池形简单、具有脱氮降磷效果、不产生污泥膨胀 等特点，因此 SBR 处理工艺在小型污水处理设施中应用较广泛。经过该工艺处 理后的出水水质达到造纸废水排放标准 GB3544－2001 一级排放标准。 本设计需要选择几种造纸厂废水处理的工艺， 并对其进行比较， 确定造纸厂 废水处理工艺并确定废水处理工艺流程图； 并对各种构筑物进行了详细的设计计 算，同时也对废水处理工艺进行了工程预算。 设计采用 Auto CAD 软件绘制工艺 流程中各构筑物的详图、平面布置图、高程图。 关键词 : 造纸工业废水； SBR；污泥浓缩 I Abstract The content of paper mill wastewater treatment process was designed. Paper mill waste water has the following characteristics: wastewater generated by the high concentration of suspended solid, and higher concentrations of organic matter. SBR process is the core of this design.
