To list an outline before writing. 3. To learn how to write an article about the favourite season. Learning procedures Step 1 Presentation 1. Warming-up: Enjoy some pictures of four seasons before class. Then ask questions: Which season do you like best? Why? 2. Teach some new words. 3. Ask students to discuss the homework on the worksheet in pairs. 4. Check the answers: 1). Match the paragraphs with the correct descriptions. 2). Fill in the blanks according to the article. 欣赏四季的图片之后，利用问题导入本节课的话题---冬季。接着利用图片教授新的单词和短语。 为了让学生能在课堂上有充裕的时间写作，教师设计了两项预习任务，一项帮助学生了解本文的结构，一项帮助学生理解文章的内容。 Step 2 Practice 1. Ask students to read the article in pairs. 2. Ask students to underline the useful expressions then share with classmates. 3.
