快递包裹分拣装置设计 PAGE II 摘要 随着我国社会经济水平和技术地不断发展，越来越多的国人选择网上购物，这样使快递物流市场的竞争也越来越激烈，很多传统的人工分拣快递包裹方式已经跟不上时代发展的潮流。为了能够提高快递物流中心对快递包裹的分拣速度，本文设计一种快递包裹自动分拣机来快速分拣快递包裹，减轻人工分拣压力，提高分拣效率。 在快递分类上本文采用条形码对快递分类，条形码由于没有统一的标准，每个快递公司都可以自己编制，因此本文采用国内流行的code 128码来做示范；在识别方式上本文采用简单快捷的激光扫描识别来作为条形码识别设备；在快递包裹位置检测上本文采用光敏电阻传感器来作为位置检测的装置；分拣机的选择上，由于本文针对的是小型快递包裹站的分拣，所以分拣机的占地面积不易太大，成本不能过高，因此本文设计了一种小型挡板式的分拣机来作为分拣设备；在控制方面，本文采用市面上应用比较广泛的51单片机来作为快递包裹自动分拣机的控制芯片；在电机选择方面，通过对相关数据的计算，初步获得电机所需运行条件，进而再选择合适的电机；软件上，通过流程图来展示快递包裹自动分拣机执行的具体步骤。 关键词 自动分拣；条码识别；激光扫描；单片机控制 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas social and economic level and technology, more and more people choose online shopping, which makes the competition in the express logistics market more and more fierce.
