PAGE PAGE II 题目：家用垃圾处理器设计  摘要 设计主要针对的是一种在市场上很少见的家用垃圾处理器设计，在现代的科学技术高速发展的今天，垃圾处理技术也在稳步发展。本次设计考虑到微生物作为一种重要的危害。而对于微生物的处理相关成熟技术，目前国内和国外已经设计出来一些很高的水平。尽管国内和国外对于垃圾处理所用的核心技术大多是高新技术加热方式，以及大批量生产的生产模式，然而对于纯机械结构的家用垃圾处理器的设计则相对较少。这篇论文将围绕家用垃圾处理器的结构设计提出两种方案，并且对比两种方案，进行合理的分析，进而选择结构最为简单、垃圾处理效率最高、使用效果更好和垃圾处理质量较高的机构作为最终方案。下文将对该方案做结构分析、原理分析和简单的力学分析。从而对该机构各个零件做出详细的设计和分析，并且绘制出相应的装配图和零件图等等。 关键字：垃圾处理 、方案对比、运力分析、结构设计 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 Abstract The design mainly aims at a kind of household garbage processor which is rarely seen in the market. Today, with the rapid development of modern science and technology, garbage treatment technology is also developing steadily. This design considers microorganisms as an important hazard. At present, some mature technologies for microbial treatment have been designed at home and abroad. Although most of the core technologies used for garbage disposal at home and abroad are high-tech heating mode and mass production mode, the design of household garbage processors with pure mechanical structure is relatively small. This paper will put forward two schemes around the structure design of household garbage processor, and compare the two schemes, make a reasonable analysis, and then choose the most simple structure, the most efficient garbage disposal, better use effect and higher quality garbage disposal institutions as the final scheme. The structure analysis, principle analysis and simple mechanics analysis of the scheme will be done below. Thus, detailed design and analysis of each part of the mechanism are made, and corresponding assembly drawings and parts drawings are drawn.
