镇江市高等专科学校毕业设计（论文） 目录 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE I 摘要 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 本次设计主要是针对一款小型家用绞肉机装置的设计，论述绞肉机的整体设计方案、工作原理、传动装置、工作效率、参数计算等。本次设计装置主要动力源为220V家用电驱动电机转动，通过齿轮传动装置将动能传递到铰刀柄，是铰刀转动，从而达到绞肉，碎肉的目的。 本次通过对市场上现有的绞肉机相关资料的参考与分析为基础，在这基础上加以改动，达到提升便携性，提升效率等。本次设计提升了绞肉机的外观，采用时代最流行的设计方法，圆润设计，手感好，看着小巧精美，符合时代的需求与造型。绞肉机的料杯与料杯底采用可以拆卸的方式，这样做的目的即做到了装卸方便，又做到了精洗方便的目的。传统的绞肉机在结构设计上往往采用大量的额金属材料，采用金属材料即增加了绞肉机的重量不方便拿取与搬运，又使得成本增加，售价即高，没有了竞争力。本次设计绞肉机采用大量的复合材料代替，在强度达到满足要求，重量上轻巧，成本降低，增加了市场的竞争力，增加卖点。同时该装置除了能切割肉类制品的功能外，还可以对一般的食品，比如水果，蔬菜，调料等系列的食材进行切割铰碎。这种设计是往后绞肉机设计的方向，具有很好的设计意义，市场应用广泛。 关键词：工作效率、复合材料、传动装置、结构设计 Abstract This design is mainly aimed at the design of a small domestic meat grinder, discussing the overall design scheme, working principle, transmission device, working efficiency, parameter calculation, etc. The main power source of this design device is the 220V household electric drive motor, which transmits kinetic energy to the reamer handle through the gear transmission device.
