Weiss标准 —2017年WHO 肾上腺皮质癌诊断标准
（≥3个特征提示恶性生物学行为）
1. 高核级（根据 Fuhrman核分级标准） High nuclear grade
(based on Fuhman criteria)
2. 核分裂象＞ 5个/50HPF 5 mitoses/50HPF
3. 存在非典型核分裂象 Atypical mitotic figure
4. 透明细胞＜ 25% 25% clear cells
5. 弥漫成片生长 Diffuse architecture
6. 肿瘤性坏死 Tumor necrosis
7. 血管浸润 Venous invasion
8. 血窦浸润 Sinusoid
