高校快递服务客户满意度研究——以 江苏大学为例 College courier service customer satisfaction--jiangsu university as an example 学院名称: 专业班级: 学生姓名: 指导教师姓名: 指导教师职称:  管理学院 物流管理 教授 2013  年  6 月 摘要  高校快递服务客户满意度研究——以江苏大学为例 随着大学生网购的流行,越来越多的快递公司看到商机,开始进驻到大 学校园,这也使得高校快递企业间的竞争越来越激烈。服务是快递企业运作的核 心和发展的根本。快递企业的发展离不开客户的需求,客户的满意度则会直接影 响着快递公司在校园用户中的形象与声誉,提高客户满意度就是提高消费需求和 提高企业的市场竞争力。因此,如何在有效满足客户服务的基础上提高企业的竞 争力,是当前众多快递企业亟待解决的问题。 本文以江苏大学为例,在阅读大量文献资料的基础上阐述了客户满意度的相 关理论、高校快递服务客户满意度相关理论。其次,定性地分析了快递服务特征, 参考已有的第三方物流企业客户满意度指标体系,结合快递服务现状和特点,建 立高校快递服务客户满意度指标体系。然后将指标转换成问卷,进行问卷调查, 收集抽样数据,对数据进行定量分析。最后根据实证分析的结果,提出了提高高 校快递服务客户满意度的建议。 关键词  高校快递 快递服务  客户满意度 I College courier service customer satisfaction--jiangsu university as an example Abstract  With the popularity of college online shopping , more and more courier companies see business opportunities, and move in to the university campus, which also makes the university express increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. Courier services are the core business operations and development of the fundamental. Courier companies can not develop without the customers needs, customer satisfaction will directly affect the users on campus courier companys image and reputation, improve customer satisfaction is to increase consumer demand and improve their market competitiveness. Therefore , how to effectively meet customer service on the basis of improving the competitiveness of enterprises, many courier companies is the current problems to be solved. In this paper, Jiangsu University, for example, in reading a lot of literature elaborated on the basis of the theory of customer satisfaction , customer satisfaction universities courier services related theories. Secondly, the qualitative analysis of the courier service features, refer to the existing third-party logistics enterprise customer satisfaction index system , combined with the status and characteristics of courier services, courier services colleges and universities to establish customer satisfaction index sys
