房屋租赁管理系统设计与实现 摘要 由于城乡一体化建设的进程加快，农村人口大量涌入城市，导致城市流动人口的数量持续增加，从而也催生了大量房屋租赁的需求，致使房屋租赁服务成为大多数人的基本生活需要。基于上述社会背景，为更好地提高房屋租赁服务的效率和质量，有必要尽快搭建一个完善的房屋租赁管理平台。再者，近些年的网络技术持续进步，计算机技术已广泛应用于各个行业领域，因此在建设房屋租赁管理平台时应增加技术投入，推动租赁业务由手工登记转变为信息化模式，使用计算机技术切实提高租赁工作的整体效率。另外，IT技术可以将房屋租赁的相关信息进行储存，在需要时以便及时调用和整理，这样不但有助于保护信息的安全，而且有助于解决当前社会关注的房屋租赁管理问题。 本文主要对房屋租赁管理系统的设计与实现进行研究。系统采用ssm架构，选用JSP和SQL SERVER语言，借助jQuery库并使用Tomcat服务器进行开发。针对系统功能设计三类基础用户：用户、中介公司、职工。用户角色拥有登录注册、查看并修改个人信息、查找房源、留言评论、租金缴费、投诉报修等功能；中介公司角色拥有员工管理、部门管理、查看租金缴费情况、新增房源、查看或修改房源信息、管理相关信息与查阅投诉信息等功能；员工角色的权限包括修改登录密码、查看修改投诉报修记录与管理个人信息等功能。本系统的功能基本实现，用户能访问网页进行了解，实现找房看房功能，并且可以成功租房。中介公司也可以对自己的房源和客户进行管理。 关键词：房屋租赁；JSP；SQL SERVER ABSTRACT As the process of urban-rural integration is accelerating, a large number of rural people have poured into cities, resulting in a continuous increase in the number of urban floating population, which has also spawned a large number of housing rental needs, resulting in housing rental services becoming the basic living needs of most people.
