） 摘要 多轴钻床是一种孔加工的机床，它被广泛用于加工多孔工件。多轴 钻床在生产中的应用，解决了普通钻床加工多孔工件时逐孔加工 费时 间和人工这两个重要问题。在本设计中，设计的多轴钻床为轮辐螺栓孔 加工机床，属于专用机床。 本设计主要解决了多轴钻床加工过程中的两大主要问题：工件和刀 具之间的定位问题和刀具导向问题。为了解决上述两大难题，我们在设 计中采用合理的钻模板和定位装置对工件合理定位，从而完成孔的扩铰 工序，解决了多轴钻床加工中的两大难题。同时也讨论了多轴钻床的总 体设计问题，给出了总体设计方案，其中包括刀具与工件的与运动方式 设计，对机床各个部件的功能和作用进行具体的 述并体持技术要求， 从而使工件被加工后达到设计要求。 本设计中我们还确定了机床的主要参数，如主运动参数和进给运 动参数。在重点章节中我们对机床的传动部件进行了详细的参数和结构 设计，并且对传动件进行了强度和刚度验算，使其达到设计技术精度。 其中特别对齿轮、轴、滚动轴承、键进行了具体的计算和验证。另外在最 后一章对多轴钻床的定位和加紧机构进行了简单的原理设计。 关键词：六轴钻床 齿轮 轴 滚动轴承 键 夹具 1 注 ） Abstact Drilling machine of six axles is the tool machine that a kind of bore process, it is used for processing many bore work pieces extensively.
