The drive support package also updates the following information about the drives in a cluster: ● List of supported drives ● Drive firmware metadata ● SSD wear monitoring data ● SAS and SATA settings and attributes System requirements The OneFS version determines the procedure to follow to update the drive firmware. The following table contains node types in the column on the far left and OneFS versions in the header of the table. Match your node type to the OneFS version you are running to determine the procedure you should follow to update the drive firmware.
