自我教育浅析论文 《实现大学生自我教育的分析与策略》 摘要：本文就如何实现大学生的自我教育，在抓好“三育人”工作，学生管理以教育为主，学校各职能部门要分工协作，努力改善办学条件，建设一支高素质的学生管理队伍，对大学生进行操行考核，学校要为大学生实现自我教育搭建平台等方面，提出了自己的思考。 Abstract： This article presented the authors thoughts on how to make the students self-education， and grasp three education ways work. Student management mainly engaged in education， so school functions have to cooperate with each other， improve the conditions for running， build a high-quality teams of student management， conduct assessment for college students and set platform for achieving students self-education. 关键词：大学生;自我教育;思考
