宽叶苔草脂溶性化学成分研究论文 【摘要】目的研究宽叶苔草的脂溶性化学成分。方法用柱色谱法进行分离纯化，通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从宽叶苔草70%乙醇提取物中分离出11个化合物，对其中4个化合物进行了结构鉴定，分别为：正三十二烷（Ⅰ），正三十二烷酸（Ⅱ），β-谷甾醇（Ⅲ），β-胡萝卜苷（Ⅳ）。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ均为首次从莎草科植物中分离得到。 【关键词】莎草科宽叶苔草提取分离化学成分 Abstract：ObjectiveTostudythefat-solublechemicalconstituentsofCarexsiderosticta.MethodsThecolumnchromatographywasusedforisolationofchemicalconstituents.Thechemicalconstituentswasseparatedandidentifiedbyphysiochemicalandspectroscopicanalysis.ResultsElevencompoundswereisolatedfrom70%ethanolextractofCarexsiderostictaandfourofthemwereidentifiedasdotriacontan(Ⅰ)，lacceroicacid(Ⅱ)，β-sito
