医学高级职称论文期刊 骨科医学论文 【摘要】目的：分析青少年腰椎间盘突出症的CT和临床表现特点。材料与方法：CT诊断青少年腰椎间盘突出症23例，均经手术病理或临床经皮穿刺溶胶原酶治疗证实。结果：本病占椎间盘突出症的1.4%，临床特点是腰痛伴下肢放射痛;本病与创伤关系密切。常见突出类型为中央型72.41%。结论：青少年腰椎间盘突出症的临床和CT表现与成人不同。CT为本病的早期准确诊断提供了保证。 【关键词】腰椎间盘突出症;青少年;X线计算机 【Abstract】 young people waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness CT and the clinical manifestation characteristic.Material and method: CT diagnoses the young people waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness 23 examples，passes through the surgery pathology or clinical dissolves the collagen enzyme treatment confirmation after the skin puncture. sickness
