德邦物流员工薪酬中意度研究
摘 要
随着经济进展速度的加快,物流企业的规模日益壮大,对企业治理的规范性要求也越来越严
格。人力资源治理对企业运作的重要性也日渐凸显,它既影响员工自身利益,又影响企业持续健
康进展,已为物流企业治理机制中的至关重要的组成部分。然而,人力资源治理的薪酬治理模块
却是许多物流企业治理中最薄弱的环节之一。
本文通过文献综述、调查访谈法对德邦物流企业的员工薪酬中意度进行分析与评价,并在此
基础上提出提高员工薪酬中意度的措施,主要包括有效的培训、完善薪酬福利制度、制定员工进
展职业规划等。期望通过提升德邦物流企业员工的薪酬中意度,帮助企业更好地留住人才,进而
提升公司整体实力,促进德邦的可持续进展。

On Deppon Logistics Employee Pay Satisfaction
Abstract
With the acceleration of economy, the scale of the logistics enterprises has enjoyed
a boost growth, at the same time the standardization of enterprise management
become more demandable. The importance of human resources management has
played a prominent role in the daily management. Not only does it affect the
employees own interest, but affects the enterprise’s sustainable and healthy
development. Unfortunately, the salary management is one of the most weak links in
many logistics enterprise management.
Analysis and evaluation were both used in oeder to investigate and interview
employees of Debon logistics enterprise’ salary satisfaction, based on this, measures to
improve employee satisfaction was put forward, including effective training, enhancing
salary and welfare system, making staff career planning. Hoping that by strengthening
Deppon logistics enterprise’ staff salary satisfaction can help enterprises better retain
the talents, and thus enhance the overall strength of the company,in turn, promote
Debons sustainable development.
