滚筒输送机设讣说明书 滚筒输送机设讣说明书 摘要 滚筒输送机是现代最主要的散状物料输送设备之一。滚筒是滚筒输送机的主要传部件， 它的作用有两个：一是传递动力，二是改变输送带运行方向。滚筒输送机滚筒的设讣质量， 关系到整个输送机系统的性能、安全性和可靠性。LI前，国内滚筒的设计一般釆用近似公式， 对于中小型滚筒已经能够满足工程需求，但对于大型滚筒这种设汁方法其结果与工程实际有 一定的差距，它的安全性和可靠性难以保障。山于缺乏精确的计算方法，如果盲LI的增大安 全系数，会使结构尺寸变大，重量增加，强度得不到显著的提高同时乂增加了成本。 本设计简要介绍了辗子输送机的作用，在对辗子输送机特点和形式了解之后，对辗子输 送机总体方案进行设计。总体方案确定后是各个零部件的设计，重点对轨子输送机的主要参 数、链传动牵引力理论计算、轨子间距、輕子直径、支撑架、脚、轴承等零件进行设计，选 择合适的动力源和合适的传动系统及速度控制系统，为合理地设计?幅子输送机提供了依据。 在总体方案和个零件的参数确定后，应用Pro/E软件对个零件建模和运动仿真。 关键字：作用；主要参数；设计；建模；仿真 Abstract Roller conveyor is the main equipment of bulk material conveying?
