This is the project site in the newly created district of Houhai. A couple of things really make the site special: to the west is Inner Lake and beyond that, Shenzhen Bay. Because of the water and prevailing winds, the air is much better than in other parts of Shenzhen. To create a project on this particular site, we had to ask ourselves what is appropriate and what kind of place do we want to create?
