The Screw-in Cartridge Valves mainly cover three types—Pres- sure Control Valves, Directional Control Valves, Flow Control Valves. The main parts of the valves are all quenched by alloy steel of high grade or carburised and quenched to guarantee the valves’ long working life. The materials for all block of hydraulic system are forge steel or aluminum alloy, so that it can ensure the block’s long working life. The Screw-in Cartridge Valves have been widely used in engineering machinery and hydrau- lic system on industry because of their advantage—compact size, speedy acting, convenient fi xing and unfi xing, steady function.The valve can directly mounted into cavity of integrate block, accordingly failure caused by leakage, shaking, noise or tubing has been reduced and dependability has been advanced.
