婴幼儿泌尿系结石与食用三聚氰胺奶粉超声诊断价值 摘要 目的：探讨婴幼儿泌尿系结石与食用三聚氰胺奶粉的关系。方法：利 用超声技术，分别筛查9220 例5 岁以下食用三聚氰胺奶粉的婴幼儿和588 例母 乳喂养的婴幼儿泌尿系结石的发生情况。结果：母乳喂养组未检出泌尿系结石； 食用三聚氰胺奶粉组泌尿系结石26 例，其中食用三鹿牌奶粉23 例，其他奶粉3 例。结论：婴幼儿食用三聚氰胺奶粉与泌尿系结石有明显关系(P＜0.05) ，且在婴 幼儿性别、食用时间、不同年龄泌尿系结石发生情况比较均有统计学意义。 关键词 三聚氰胺 婴幼儿 泌尿结石 超声诊断 AbstractObjective:To explore the relationship between children urinary stone and milk powder containing melamine 。Methods:Nine thousands eight hundred and eight melamine contained milk powder feeding children and 588 breast feeding children were enrolled in this study,all the subjec
