中小型企业生产管理系统在车间中的应用 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 中小型企业生产管理系统在车间中的应用 内 容 摘 要 改革开放以来，尤其是党的十五大后，中小型企业经济进入了一个持续开展的阶段。无论是在吸纳就业还是在创造价值、利税等方面，中小型企业 都发挥着重要作用，成为国民经济的重要组成局部。但是，我国中小型企业的总体实力不强，整体科技水平较低，还缺乏参与国内国际市场竞争的能力。如何使中小型企业更快更好地开展是当前我国面临的一项重要课题。 随着企业之间竞争的加剧，信息快速、准确的传递变得越来越重要了。车间的管理在企业中占据了越来越重要的地位。如何有效地管理车间，使信息能快速有效的传递，已成为信息管理的主要课题，因此本文在应用实践的根底上提出了基于制造执行系统〔MES〕生产控制模块的生产管理系统。 本文的研究对象是中小制造企业，重点是研究其生产管理系统。在文中介绍了生产管理系统开展的历史、现状以及出现的新问题，进而引出了生产制造行业在生产管理技术上的新需求。然后对我国现在中小型企业现状进展分析。详细阐述了生产管理系统的内容；同时介绍了制造执行系统的定位及功能模型。最后对系统进展实现。 关键词：制造执行系统〔MES〕；生产管理；中小型企业 ABSTRACT Since reform and opening up, especially after the 15th Party Congress, small and medium enterprise economy has entered a stage of sustainable development. Whether in employment or absorbed in the creation of value, profits and taxes, and so on, small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an important role and become an important part of the national economy. However, small and medium-sized enterprises in China's overall strength is not strong, the overall low level of technology, but also the lack of participation in domestic and international market competitiveness.
