支承台铸造工艺设计 Supporting Taiwan casting process design 中文摘要 本设计是对支承台零件进行铸造毛坯工艺设计。根据零件的使用条件、结构特点、生产批量，结合工厂现有设备等进行铸造工艺分析，确定了铸造方法、造型及造芯方法、凝固原则及浇注位置、分型面、砂箱中铸件数量、砂芯数量等，完成了砂芯、浇注系统、相关工装设备等设计，并进行铸件质量控制分析及制定了检验要求。 铸造机械一般按造型方法来分类，习惯上分为普通砂型铸造和特种铸造。普通砂型铸造包括湿砂型、干砂型、化学硬化砂型铸造三类。特种铸造按造型材料的不同，又可分为两大类：一类以天然矿产砂石作为主要造型材料，如熔模铸造、壳型铸造、负压铸造、泥型铸造、实型铸造、陶瓷型铸造等；一类以金属作为主要铸型材料，如金属型铸造、离心铸造、连续铸造、压力铸造、低压铸造等。 关键词：砂型铸造，工艺分析，工艺设计，质量控制 ABSTRACT This design is rough casting parts supporting station process design.According to conditions of use of parts, structural features, production volume,combined with existing plant equipment for casting process analysis to determine the casting method, shape and build core methods, principles and pouring freezing position, sub-surface, casting sand box number quantity of sand core, completed the sand core, injection system, related equipment, tooling design, and the casting quality control analysis and formulation of the inspection requirements. Casting machinery generally based modeling approach to the classification used is divided into ordinary and special casting sand casting.Ordinary sand casting, including wet sand, dry sand, chemical hardening sand casting three categories.Special casting material according to the different shapes can be divided into two categories: natural sand and gravel as the main form of mineral materials, such as investment casting, shell casting, vacuum casting, clay-type casting, solid casting, ceramicscasting, etc.; a class of metal as the main mold material, such as metal casting, centrifugal casting, continuous casting, pressure casting, low pressure casting.
