But now, for unfair reserves, this limits the growth of corporate profits and affects the companys development prospects. This paper takes Maanshan Iron and Steel Logistics Park as the project, analyzes and analyzes the current situation by using the inventory management of Maanshan Iron and Steel Logistics Park, and collects information related to inventory management. From the current situation of the promotion of Foshan Metallurgical Park, combined with the current status of inventory management, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, summarize the current problems and potential benefits, and then look for inventory to analyze its specific
