本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目 小型社交网站运营分析-以“那片天”网站为例 学 院 国 际 商 学 院 专 业 电子商务 姓 名 徐炳林 指导教师 张 宁 2012年6月2日 小型社交网站运营分析 --以“那片天”网站为例 摘 要 社交网站因具有用社群性、互动性、开放性、娱乐性等一系列特点发展迅速，在国外有Facebook、Myspace等知名社交网站，国内也出现了人人网、开心网等一系列知名社交网站。随着社交网站不断地发展除了较为成功的大型社交网站外，在很多细分市场也出现了众多中小型社交网站，数以万计的中小型社交网站给网民带来了更多的选择，为整个社交网站的发展不断注入新鲜的血液。但中小型网站发展在资金、技术、人才、营销等方面与大型社交网站相比处于弱势地位。本论文以“那片天”为例，来研究小型社交网站运营所面临的网站定位、网站运营、运营效果评估、盈利模式四大难题。通过对这些难题的研究找到适合小型社交网站的整体运营方案。 关键词　社交网站 网站建设 Web2.0　 搜索引擎优化 网络营销 Analysis on the Operation of Small Social Website -Take for Example ABSTRACT Social networking site development is rapid because its interactive, open, entertainment and so on a series of characteristic, foreign appeared Facebook, Myspace and other well-known social networking sites, domestic also appeared “renren”,”kaixin” and a series of famous social networking site. Along with the social networking site constantly development in addition to those famous large social networking sites, in many segments of the market also appeared many small and medium-sized social networking sites, tens of thousands of small and medium-sized social networking sites has brought more choice to the users, it also injected fresh blood for the development of the social networking site. But small and medium website development is at a disadvantage position compared with large social networking site in funds, technology and talents, and marketing. This paper take as an example, to study the difficult problems of small social website operation including website positioning, website operation and operation effect evaluation, profit model. The research on these problems are suitable for small social networking sites to find the overall operation scheme.
