Owing to this phenomenon, traffic congestion, crowded housings are commonly existed in the cities. Besides, it is difficult for the farmers who are with low qualifications to seek for jobs in the advanced cities, as they expected. However, when their demands can not be satisfied, they may commit crime at the risk of breaking law, which pose the threat on social security. Alternatively, the development of the infrastructure can not keep pace with the increasing number of individuals from agricultural areas. This seriously excelled the capability of local authorities. When it comes to countryside, they also suffer from many problems. The output of the crop, descended for lack of labor force, which critically influence the advancement of agriculture. In addition, while the adults all worked in cities, their children have no capability to be taken good care of so that the children are more likely to go astray without right parenting. Facing such serious problems, the reasonable and feasible measures are supposed to be taken. What is the most important is that the government should give priority to strengthen the construction in developing areas.
