洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 1.5吨构件倾斜工作台机械部分设计 摘 要 焊接生产制造应用方面，在工厂内工人工作是会经常遇见很难找到恰当的焊接位置和焊接变位的状况，为了方便工人更加轻松省力的对工件进行焊接，根据生产制造的需要，本人与老师对可倾斜式焊接变位机进行了设计和研发，使得用蜗轮蜗杆带动实现工作台的倾斜，找到适合和方便焊接的焊缝位置。 焊接变位机可以实现工件倾斜和回转的机械装置，本设计主要设计焊接变位机倾斜机构，阐述了变位机通过电机驱动，经过V带传动，二级蜗轮蜗杆减速器的传动，可以实现工作台的减速和变位效果。本次设计通过对电动机的选择，对V带的选择与传动计算，减速器的的选择和计算，对轴承和键的选择，轴承和键的强度校核以及使用寿命校核，结果满足标准可以使用。 在现代焊接变位机已经成为了工业生产制造必不可少的机械装备，焊接变位机可以说是焊接领域的一部先进的焊接辅助机器，焊接变位机可以实现在焊接过程中为了方便焊接使得工作台倾斜和回转，这种设计大大提高了工作效率，减少了工人工作量，焊接变位机的研发和使用对工业生产和机械制造有着非常大的帮助。 关键词：焊接变位机，倾斜机构，减速器，蜗轮蜗杆 MECHANICAL DESIGN OF TILTING TABLE OF 1.5 TON COMPONENT ABSTRACT Welding manufacturing applications, in the factory workers is often very difficult to meet proper welding position and welding deformation condition, in order to facilitate workers more easy effort on the workpiece welding, according to the needs of production and manufacturing, my teacher to be inclined to the design and development of welding positioner.
