我们尝试的步骤： 首先进入安全模式
排除由于第三方软件或驱动程序引起这个问题：
开始－＞运行－＞msconfig
在“系统配置实用程序”－＞启动－＞选择“全部禁用”
在“系统配置实用程序”－＞服务－＞先在“隐藏所有 Microsoft 服务前打上勾”，再选择 “全部禁用”
重新启动计算机机看问题是否解决，假如已经解决，您可以采取二分法（一半打勾，一 半不打勾）的方法来找出引起问题的那一项。
最后禁止引起问题的那一项就可以了。
我们也可以手动的把 msconfig 中的启动的某些选项在选项卡中删除：
The Msconfig Startup tab lists programs that are loaded from the following locations:
The Startup Group.
The Common Startup Group. These items are located in the windir \All Users\Start Menu\Programs folder.
Load= and Run= lin es in the Win.ini file.
Registry (Per-User Run). These items are located in the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

To remove Startup items listed in MSConfig, use the following steps. Before you proceed, make sure you back up the registry. 1. Find out where the Startup items are located by running MSInfo32. Expand the System Information tree by clicking the plus sign (+) on Software Environment, and then click Startup Programs. NOTE : This only shows the checked Startup items. You need to determine where an item is located before you uncheck it in MSConfig.
Determine if the Item you need to remove is in the Startup Group, Common Startup Group, the Win.ini file, or Registry (Per-User Run, Machine run, or Machine service).
To remove Startup group items, create a folder on the desktop, and then drag the items out of the Startup menu to the new folder. If you uncheck any of these items, you can find them in the Disabled Startup Items folder.
To remove Common Startup Group items, uncheck them in Msconfig, and find the windir\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Disabled Startup Items folder, and
then move the folder to a different location.
