中小民营企业财务管理中存在的问题及对策思考 【摘要】：改革开放三十多年，我国在经济增长、财政收入以及解决就业等方面都取得了长足的进步，中小民营企业在其中起到了不可忽视的作用。然而，现阶段中小民营企业在发展过程中的经营状况不容乐观，显现出了很多问题，其中主要问题之一便是财务管理问题。由于中小民营企业不重视财务管理或者潜意识中不存在财务管理的概念，使得很多的企业停滞不前，甚至出现倒闭的情况，深刻地影响着中小民营企业的发展和未来。本文从中小型民营企业财务管理的角度，以问题为出发点，分析导致问题产生的原因，然后针对问题提出相应的对策和建议。 【关键词】：中小民营企业 财务管理 问题 对策 Research on The Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management of Small and Medium Private Enterprises 【Abstract】： 30 years from reform and opening，small and medium private enterprises made an outstanding contribution in promoting economic growth，increasing revenue and promoting employment.
