This is unit three’s lesson 1 in this module. The main topic is about the animals we can see at zoo . we are going to learn the words of animals’ name and answer easy question. To improve the students’ abilities of listening and speaking .

【教学步骤】
Step 1. Warm up
1. Review the expressions of greetings.
‘Hello, good morning! Good afternoon.
2. To be a reporter- Teacher first, then the kids.
T: Now, I’m the reporter. I have some questions for you. “What’s your name? “
Step 2. Lead in
1. Talk about the pictures.
T: What are their names? They need a zoo tour guide.
2. Dividing groups
T: Which group can be the zoo tour guide?
3. Let students know the main topic of this unit.
T: To be a zoo tour guide, you should know the animals first.
Step 3. Let’s learn new words
Teacher uses cards of tiger, monkey, bird, to introduce these new words, so that students can remember them better.
1. tiger
T: What’s this ? Ss:
T: It’s a tiger. Ss: tiger
T: Act like a tiger. Ss:
T: Play a game-high or low voice Ss:
2. monkey
T: What’s this ? Ss:
T: It’s a tiger. Ss: monkey
T: Act like a tiger. Ss:
T: Play a game-Lucky choose, who can help the monkey find the bananas?
3. bird
T: What’s this ? Ss:
T: It’s a tiger. Ss: bird

T: Play a game-Ice man. Ss act and say “bird”, when they hear” stop”, they can’t move.
