清障车设计资料解读 清障车设计资料解读 PAGE / NUMPAGES 清障车设计资料解读 摘 要 随着我国经济快速发展，公路上的高级轿车越来越多，道路清障车在作业时开始 十分注意对事故车辆的保护，特别对一些高档轿车，应避免因为作业中的捆绑、挤压 以及运输中的碰撞造成对事故车辆机件及外观上的进一步损伤。平板一拖二式多功能 清障车作为专用清障车的一种，它利用附加的液压绞盘、液压举升装置、平板断开式 能够对事故车辆施行装载运输，实现对事故车辆的快速处理，并且不受事故车辆车速 的限制，因此对平板一拖二式多功能清障车的主要工作装置进行改装设计计算以及校 核，以达到合理。 在查阅大量相关资料的基础上， 选择平板一拖二式多功能清障车设计的总体方案， 对底盘、举升机构、平板机构、托臂机构、液压绞盘以及相关附件等进行了合理选择 校核。并通过对底盘型号的选取，确定了整车性能参数。确定了平板一拖二式多功能 清障车总体参数。 关键词： 清障车改装设计； 液压绞盘； 举升机构； 平板机构； 托臂机构； 校 核 I Abstract With the rapid development of our economy, more and more limousine come into the road, at the same time ,the limousine should be cautiously protected when the road repair cars work,especially for some luxury cars.Great attention should be paid to the accident vehicles, which can prevent extrusion,collision and further damage of the change on the appearance. As a kind of special repair car,the tablet went on two type multifunctional repair car uses the additional hydraulic capstan, hydraulic lifting equipment, plate breaking to help the accident vehicle load.It realizes the rapid processing of traffic accident, and at the same time the road repair cars won’ t be restricted by speed of the accident vehicle.Otherwise, the main work of modification design and check-work can achieve a reasonable result. On the basis of a large number of relevant materials,the whole plan of the tablet went on two type multifunctional repair car can make contribution to the reasonable selection and checking of additional hydraulic capstan, hydraulic lifting equipment, the lifting mechanism, flat organization, arm mechanism, hydraulic winch and related accessories.And through to the chassis type selection,it determines the performance parameters of the vehicle and the whole parameter of the tablet went on two type multifunctional repair car. .
