摘 要 本毕业设计为青岛市东方书店设计，位于青岛市，建筑面积2800平米左右，建筑设计为3层，层高4.2米。结构安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50年，结构形式为筋混凝土框架结构，抗震设防烈度为6度，地面粗糙度类别为B类。设计部分包括结构设计、建筑设计两部分。考虑建筑空间以及用途建筑设计为：一、二层为书店主要服务区及仓库；三层主要为办公及其他。设计内容主要有建筑的平面图，立面图，剖面图，屋顶平面图，楼梯及构建详图等。计算部分包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算，确定截面尺寸，活荷载计算，恒荷载计算，地震荷载计算，风荷载计算，内力组合，基础设计，梁柱截面设计与配筋计算等。书店建筑的设计方案要符合设计和结构要求，满足设计规范并具有合理性。 通过本次对青岛市东方书店设计，熟悉了建筑设计过程的基本流程，进一步熟练设计软件，掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法。本次设计的顺利完成是对大学四年所学知识的一次综合运用，也是锻炼我们分析和解决实际问题的能力。 关键词：框架结构,建筑设计,结构设计 Abstract Through this design of Qingdao City, east bookstore, familiar with the basic process of building design process, further skilled design software to master the basic methods of structural design calculations.
