PAGE PAGE 20 论犯罪心理痕迹在刑事侦查中的应用 摘要：在当前的刑事犯罪领域中，恶性暴力案件呈增长趋势，同时伴随着奇异的杀人动机、难以置信的杀人手段等特点。社会知识信息透明化的程度加深使得犯罪技术和犯罪手法朝智能化方向发展，扰乱侦查人员的视线。犯罪人的反侦查能力明显提升，令其难以在仅靠传统侦查手段的前提下受到社会惩处。根据物质交换原理和犯罪心理痕迹自身的特性，无论犯罪现场的物质痕迹的多少，犯罪人的心理痕迹大都能够折射出来。因而在刑事侦查中，运用犯罪心理痕迹有利于找到突破口分析案情，破解犯罪伪装，正确把握案件侦查方向，进一步地还原案件事实。在面对目前的刑事犯罪状况时，重视犯罪心理痕迹，正确定位其在刑事侦查中的作用是一项非常重要的工作。 关键词：犯罪心理痕迹；刑事侦查；侦查思路；心理应用 The application of the crime psychological traces in the criminal investigation Abstract: Nowadays, in the field of criminal investigation, the amount of Vicious violence has a growing trend. Moreover, the degree of social knowledge information transparency has been deepening, and this phenomenon make crime technology and practices towards knowledge-based direction. Also, disrupting the investigators of the line of sight as well as anti-investigation ability has been improved significantly, at the same time, the trend make it difficult only by the traditional method under the premise of social punishment. But according to Mr Carrolls law and the nature of the crime psychological trace, no matter how much the amount of the crime of physical traces, psychological trace of the criminal can be refracted out mostly. Hence in criminal investigation, using crime psychological trace is beneficial to find a breakthrough to analysis the case,crack camouflage, grasp the right case investigation direction, further restore the case facts.So in the face of the current crime situation, attaches great importance to the crime psychological trace of crime,positioning the role of it in criminal investigation is a very important job. Keywords: Crime psychological traces; Criminal investigation；Investigation thinking； Application of psychological traces； 由社会经济的发展导致的巨大社会贫富差距以及社会教育的不普及使得我国近年来恶性暴力犯罪急剧增加。同时，我国的犯罪有着区别与过去传统犯罪的新特点。其一便是穷凶极恶的杀人者过去在人们的意识中只存在于西方社会，但是得益于信息的透明化和传播的快捷，恶性犯罪出现在社会视线中越来越频繁。从1981年的最高院工作报告中的数据反映出，杀人、抢劫、强奸、爆炸、放火等重大刑事犯罪在
