Different treatments were served from day 7 after traplantation and all mice were sacrificed after 19 days. During the treatments，the toxic side reaction of chemotherapy and the life quality were observed. Subcutaneous tumo were processed for tumor weight，and tumor growth inhibition rate and tumor necrosis rate of each group were calculated. ResultsThe tumor weight of MW group was(±)g，compared with the control group (±)g, there was a significant difference（P）．The tumor weight of MW+ DDP group was （±）g，compared with MW group and DDP group,it was significantly lower（P）and （P）．The tumor inhibition rate of MW+ DDP group was %，which was significantly hrgher MW group and DDP group, there were significant differences（P）. Compared with DDP group, the toxic side reaction of chemotherapy in combination group was significantly lower，but life quality was higher. Conclusioncombined application MW and DDP has stronger inhibition on tumor growth than single use，and they have a synergic anticancer effect to H22 liver cancer in mice，decrease toxic side reaction of chemotherapy and improve life quality.
