国内中小企业采购战略分析 摘要：在市场经济不断完善的情况下，各个企业对采购环节也越来越重视，采购战略已经成为企业战略中极其重要的一部份。我国的中小企业在谋求自身发展的同时，也不断的改进其采购环节，引用更加先进的采购战略。但是，就目前我国的采购环境，人们关注更多的是一些大型企业以及政府部门的采购，而对于中小型企业的采购战略分析则是很少。本文通过对中小企业采购的分析来找出其在采购环节所遇到的问题，并且找出解决的方案；其中还分析了中小企业如何去选择并管理好自己的供应商。通过这些的研究，希望能够切实有效的解决一些中小企业在采购过程中的劣势，提高中小企业的生命力，扩大中小企业的影响力。 关键字：采购战略；供应商管理；联合采购；电子商务 An Analysis of Procurement Strategy for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Hehua Li Ping Wang ( School of Economic and Management, Shanghai ABSTRACT: Continuous improvement in the market economy, the various sectors of business-to-more and more attention to procurement, procurement strategy has become extremely important in the corporate strategy department of one. SMEs in our country to seek their own development, but also continuous improvement of its procurement aspect, to use more advanced procurement strategy. However, on the current procurement environment of our country, people are more concerned about a number of large enterprises and government departments, procurement, and procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises is very little strategic analysis. In this paper, the analysis of procurement for SMEs to find out the aspect in the procurement of the problems encountered and identify solutions; one of the small and medium enterprises have also analyzed how to select and manage their own supplier. Through these studies, wish to be able to solve some practical and effective small and medium enterprises at a disadvantage in the procurement process, enhance the vitality of small and medium enterprises, and expand the influence of small and medium enterprises.
