喷瓷管线接头焊后涂层与基体的界面研究 ［摘要］对焊接前后的氮气保护喷瓷管线分别进行了TEM试验。结果表明，焊接前涂层为非晶态，有部分氮渗入铁素体中，导致材料脆性并降低瓷层与母材的结合强度。焊接后热影响区内涂层晶化，形成Al2O3、SiO2晶体，使瓷层的耐蚀性降低。 关键词　搪瓷　涂层　晶体 An Investigation on the Interface between the Coating and Base Metal of　Welded Joints of Enamel Pipelines(Ⅱ) Wang Weidong　Wang Yong　He Yanling　Li honglin (University of Petroleum,Shandong) ［Abstract］　An investigation on the welded enamel pipelines is taken via TEM in this paper.
