高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力构成与评价 摘 要 高尔夫运动在20世纪初传入中国，开始在中国发展。高尔夫在中国虽然起步晚，但发展迅速。而且近年来高尔夫的发展呈现出加速的趋势，尤其是在高尔夫重回奥运这一消息发布后，高尔夫在中国的发展出现了新的浪潮，因此可以说是一个非常有前景的行业。但我国高尔夫教育滞后，导致了专业人才的缺乏，这严重阻碍了我国高尔夫的发展。 本研究通过问卷调查法，访谈法，文献综述法试从专业知识、专业技能和专业素质3方面对高尔夫管理本科学生的专业能力进行探讨。建立了高尔夫管理本科学生指标体系，共包括28项指标。并针对学生、教师及行内人士发放问卷，要求调查对象对每一项指标分别为其重要性和表现打分。然后运用IPA分析法对其进行整理，对高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力进行评价，分析学生现阶段所具备能力与企业需求的差距，找出问题所在，并针对学生、学校及企业提出合理的，可用于提高高尔夫管理本科学生专业能力的建议。 【关键字】 高尔夫 高尔夫教育 专业能力 Abstract At the beginning of the 20th century golf was introduced into China, then began to develop in China. Although Golf in China start lately , but its development is rapid, and in recent years the development of golf trend towards acceleration,especially after the golf has rebacked the Olympic,the golf appears a new tide. so golf is a very promising industry. But the lag of golf’s education and the lack of professional talents in China has seriously hindered the development of golf.
