At the same time, with the development of the world economy, the pollution we human-beings made to the nature is more and more serious, so people begin to realize the importance of protecting the environment, and of course green consumption has become the mainstream. The developed countries are complying with this trend of the time, so they build the Green Trade Barrier (GTB) to protect the domestic market using the reason of protecting the environment and resources. China is a large agricultural country and of course agriculture plays a very important role in china. As we ignore protecting environment for a long time and the technology we use is outdated ,the export of agricultural products in China has suffered from GTB a lot and this has brought serious negative effect to the development of our agriculture and the national economy.
