Note: -The first step for selling is to understand buyer抯 needs/wants-What kinds of benefits he needs/wants. -Each customer do the business in certain enveironmen,even he want to achieve a very high objective, but the limation will limit it.He will set his objective basing on the condition and opportuinty. -Once we understand the customer抯 need,we can evaluate that whether or not our product,idea or promotion can meet their needs.This will help us look for the opportunity to do the sales. -We can creat customer抯 interest by the summarizing.
