At present, some new progress has been made in the design, manufacture and application of roll crusher, impact crusher and hammer crusher. The British company Babitless (GB) has manufactured a Dragon impact crusher with high crushing ratio and low energy consumption. The series products of the machine are PS10.05 (rotor is 1m x 0.5m), PS10.10 (1m x 1m), PS12.13 (1.2m x 1.3m). The impact crusher manufactured by the company can be used to crush dolomite, siliceous limestone and other ores, but can not crush materials with high humidity and viscosity. The feed size is 65-150 mm. In fact, the machine is most suitable for crushing massive materials, not for crushing flaky materials. The size of crushed product is less than 40 mm, and the production capacity is 15-150t/h. The company also manufactures 13 reversible impact crushers.
