BL8071G 1.5A Linear Regulator GENERAL DESCRIPTION FEATURES BL8071G series are a group of positive voltage • Low quiescent current: 100uA (Typ.) output, high precise, and low power consumption • Low dropout voltage: voltage regulator. Voltages are selectable in 100mV 50mV@ IOUT=0.1A, VOUT=3.3V (Typ.) steps within a range of 1.2V to 5.0V. It also can be 600mV@IOUT=1.5A, VOUT=3.3V(Typ.) customized on command. • High PSRR: 65dB@1KHz (Typ.) • Low temperature coefficient: ±100ppm/C BL8071G series have excellent load and line • Output voltage range: 1.2V~5.0V transient response and good temperature • Highly accurate: ±2% characteristics, which can assure the stability of chip • Thermal shutdown and power system. And it uses trimming technique • Overcurrent protection to guarantee output voltage accuracy within ±2%.
