PAGE I PAGE I 题目： 小微企业融资方式创新探讨 姓名/学号 专业班级 （财务管理）2008 指导教师 完成日期 2012年5月10日 经济管理学院 2012年6月 兰州 小微企业融资方式创新探讨 摘 要 当世界经济的齿轮推动着我国小微企业迅速发展壮大的同时，小微企业的融资问题日益突出。目前，小微企业存在融资方式及渠道缺乏、信用体系、法律、法规保障体系、金融机构不完善等主要融资问题。本文通过阐述小微企业融资现状，分析了小微企业融资难的原因，并提出了解决对策。由于造成小微企业融资难是有多方面的原因，因此只有多方协调统筹发展才能使小微企业走出融资难的瓶颈，促进小微企业快速发展。 关键词 小微企业 融资现状 融资 对策 创新 Innovation of small micro-enterprise financing method ABSTRACT When the gear driving the world economy, Chinas rapid development and expansion of medium and small enterprises, the medium and small enterprises financing problems have become increasingly prominent. Currently, there is financing of medium and small enterprises and the lack of channels, with the system, laws and regulations to protect systems, and other major financial institutions, inadequate financing . As the financing of medium and small enterprises is causing a number of reasons, only the development of multi-party co-ordination difficulties in financing to enable small and medium enterprises out of the bottleneck, and promote the rapid development of medium and small enterprises.
