PAGE 1 201 届毕业论文 题 目 系 、 部： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 职称 专 业： 班 级： 完成时间： PAGE I 摘 要 随着我国金融体制改革的不断深化和金融市场竞争的日益激烈，商业银行加快了电子化步伐，以电子支票、银行卡、电子现金等为代表的电子货币已成为人们经济生活的重要组成部分，电子商务、网络银行的出现，更是扩大了电子货币的应用范围，但随之而来的对电子货币风险的防范也显得越来越重要，越来越迫切。 电子货币的风险防范是一个十分庞大的课题，其包含的内容十分丰富，传统货币中存在的风险在电子货币中依然存在，如利率风险、汇率风险。但在本文中，未将研究的范围扩大到电子货币风险涉及的各个领域，只是将研究的对象局限在与电子货币特点密切相关的计算机安全方面，并着重从技术、管理、制度、法制等方面提出可采取的措施以防范风险。 关键词 电子货币；发展状况；风险防范 ABSTRACT Along with the fimneial system roform of our country and financial market competition,commercial bank accelerates electronic pace.Electronic chock,banking card and electronic cash have become the important components of life．The eleclronic business，network banking will enlarge electronic money space more,but koopiag away from eloctronic monoy risk become more and more important,more and more urgent. Electronic monoy risk is a very huge program.Its content is very rich,but this papor doesnt extend the scope of research to every field of electronic monoy risk．It just studies in the fields related with electronic money risk,and particularly emphasizes computer system security．It analyses the reason that forms electronic money risk,emphatically from the aspect such as technology,management and system to avoid risk.
