Process 2010, the standard process for Mercedes-Benz retail workshops. They begin with
the booking via telephone and end with the vehicle handover. The booking and reception
processes are conducted undercover as Mystery Shopping. All other processes are
audited openly.
? Unlike normal workshop tests (Mystery Shopping), Repair Audits evaluate specific repairs
and no maintenance.
