山西省高校开设瑜伽课程的可行性研究
摘要:瑜伽代表着21 世纪的生活态度,现已成为全球新一代最流行的健身运动之一。
近些年来,国内掀起了学习瑜伽的热潮。瑜伽作为一种新兴的集身、心、智为一体的
健身方式深受人们的欢迎。本文根据当代学生心理、生理特点和目前高校已具备的实
际条件等情况,运用文献资料法、 法,针对目前山西省高校开设瑜伽课程存
在的问题进行了初步探索,得出如下结论:建立因人施教、聘用专业教师等机制,发
挥 能动性,采用循循善诱的教育推广方法。
