PAGE I 价值链下家电企业营运资金问题分析 摘 要 价值链理论体系的建立改变了企业与企业之间竞争的模式，超越了其品质、成本的竞争，是价值链与价值链之间的竞争。企业要想实现最佳经营业绩，提升核心竞争力，就必须协调、优化好价值链上的各个环节。资金是企业正常运转的主要影响因素，在价值链上起着举足轻重的作用。所以，我们必须通过确保资金的有效管理从而实现商业价值链的核心竞争。基于对我国企业营运资金管理存在问题及原因的的分析，制定营运资金管理的对策刻不容缓。营运资金的管理目标和价值链的管理目标是一致的，但是传统的营运资金管理模式已经不能适应价值链的要求，我们必须重视构建营运资金管理框架，健全营运资金管理内容，对营运资金管理的理念、手段推陈出新，构建现代营运资金管理模式，为了实现企业价值最大化，大幅提高企业营运资金的使用效率。 本文以价值链理论为主线，通过分析以苏宁云商为代表的家电连锁零售企业在营运资金管理方面的先进经验。价值链的企业营运资金管理方法体系包括理论概念、效果分析、案例分析等，体现出企业实施营运资金管理是十分紧迫的。在最后总结了本文，提出了本文在研究过程的不足和改进的方向。 关键词：营运资金管理；价值链；短期偿债能力；营运能力 Abstract The establishment of the value chain theory system changed the pattern of competition between the enterprise and enterprise, beyond the quality, cost, competition, is the competition between the value chain and value chain.
