PAGE 15 企业资金短缺的原因及对策研究 摘 要 在企业的财务活动过程中，资金一直都是值得重视的、流动性较强的一项资产。企业的生存与发展是以资金为基础，因此资金短缺很大的影响着企业的发展，贯穿着企业发展的整个脉搏。 企业资金短缺的原因是多种多样的。没有按资金的运动规律把资金合理地配置于经营活动、投资活动、筹资活动会导致资金短缺；在经营中，由于管理不到位，也会造成某个环节资金周转受阻，形成资金沉淀；企业对赊销控制不当和对应收账款的管理不严，会影响企业流动资金的正常周转等现象。 针对这些现象，本文着重从树立企业的资金管理意识，探索新的资金管理机制；优化资金筹措结构，科学预测资金需要量，拓宽筹资渠道，合理选择筹资方式；优化资金使用结构，周密资金投资方向，降低资金消耗；优化资金分配结构；建立健全资金控制 、使用制度等几个方面，有针对性地提出解决企业资金短缺的对策。 关键词: 企业；资金短缺；原因；对策 Abstract In the process of enterprises financial activity, money has always been a worthy, liquid assets. The survival and development of the enterprise is based on money, so the shortage of funds is very big influence on enterprises development, runs through the whole pulse the development of the enterprise.
